Payment Transactions

La Truite d'Argent is the legal entity responsible for payment processing. All payment transactions are handled by the external payment gateway Mollie, whose secured transaction environment complies with and even exceeds industry standards such as PCI DSS. We do not process any credit card data on our website; all cardholder data is secured with a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation means: notifying us that you will not be arriving on the reserved dates or not showing up on the reserved dates (no-show).

Because vacancy of the accommodations seriously disadvantages La Truite d'Argent as a small business, we apply the following conditions:

• Every cancellation must be made in writing. A registered letter or email is valid.

• For cancellations up to the 30th day before the start of the stay, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus 10% of the total rental amount for administration/reservation costs.

• For cancellations from the 30th day up to and including the day of arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total costs.

Peace and Relaxation

La Truite d'Argent aims to offer all its guests an environment of peace, comfort and relaxation. To safeguard this serene atmosphere, the resort operates an Adults Only concept. This means that our estate is exclusively accessible to guests aged 18 and over.
