Dining at La Truite d'Argent

We grow what we can and source what we cannot grow ourselves from trusted local suppliers. We simply cook with the seasons. Every plate tells a story about the surrounding landscape, from garden herbs and orchard fruits to game from our own grounds. It is simple, honest food, served with warmth. A tribute to local products, carefully grown and picked - the foundation of our 'menu du jour'.

Dining doesn't get much more sustainable than this.

First of all, when you have an accommodation at La Truite d'Argent, you are warmly welcome in our restaurant on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You do need to reserve in advance. The restaurant and cafe are exclusively accessible to guests of our accommodations. We serve a different menu each day on weekends for two persons (EUR 45 pp).

This menu consists of a fixed starter, you can choose from two main courses (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and a fixed dessert. The vegetarian option is of course not an afterthought, but a full-fledged alternative. Our guests certainly speak highly of our food, and if you don't believe it, just read the reviews.

As a matter of principle, we are not an 'a la carte' restaurant because we value quality, sustainability (no waste) and fresh ingredients more than a 'something for everyone' menu.

Dinner

Dinner starts for everyone at 19:00.

Would you like to enjoy an aperitif first? Then drop in half an hour earlier.

Reservations

Our restaurant is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

One week before your arrival, we will email you the current menu. This way you can indicate when you would like to dine and what your dinner preference is.
