Why reservations are required — and why that's good news for you
Seven tables. That is intentional. Not because we want to stay small, but because we want to stay good.
That is also why we ask you to share your menu choice in advance. This way we know exactly what we need for the evening.
We buy it in, we prepare it fresh, and nothing goes to waste. Fair to you, fair to the producers, fair to the environment.
You can reserve online or respond to the email you receive a few days before arrival. You choose the date, you choose your menu, and then you leave the rest to us. That's the deal — and almost everyone agrees, in hindsight, it works perfectly.
