Frequently asked questions about the Bon Cadeau
The recipient chooses an accommodation and dates on www.la-truite.com and enters the voucher code at the payment step. If the stay costs more than the voucher, the difference is simply paid online. Any remaining value stays on the code for a next visit.
One year from the date of issue; the expiry date is printed on the voucher. Remaining value stays available until that date. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If a reservation paid with the voucher is cancelled, the voucher amount is returned as credit to the voucher code — it is never paid out in cash.
All stays: the suites, cabanes, chalets and The Lodge. The voucher is not valid for separate restaurant reservations or Camp & Dinner. The deposit is paid separately upon reservation — it is refunded to the guest after the stay.
You receive the voucher instantly by e-mail as a print-ready page. Print it on A4, save it as a PDF or forward it — whenever you like. The link in the e-mail always shows the voucher, including its current remaining value.
