The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has an enormous open fire in the middle of it. The atmosphere is romantic with soft illumination.
From the restaurant you have a view at the forest hills and a meandering stream running through the valley.
Our restaurant only has “tables for two”. Space gives a feeling of freedom, something which is characteristic for these surroundings. We do our best to create that feeling of freedom and spaciousness in our hotel. Space, intimacy and romance that is what La Truite D’Argent is all about. And don’t forget good music and delicious food!

The Ardennes is a wonderful region full of literally thousands of producers of nearly every imaginable culinary treat. Since the inception of La Truite d'Argent our mission has been to produce the finest, indigenous, naturally-raised foods for our guests.
In our opinion we find that foods grown and raised organically are not just environmentally friendly... they also taste better.

Our much loved set menu (no a la carte) is served from Thursday to Sunday. Your welcome to start diner between 19.00 and 19.30, but don’t forget………..book in advance!
Of course you are welcome to enjoy a drink before diner. Our bar is open for guests only between 16.00 and 23.00.
Because of the remote setting the restaurant & bar are closed from Monday till Wednesday except for the holiday season.
