La Truite D'Argent doesn’t serve a seven course pretentious diner, instead we serve an honest three course menu accompanied by a good glass of beer or a nice glass of wine.
Our menu changes daily and it depends on what local produces are available. Our dishes pure and basic prepared with local ingredients and a lot of love. You can taste our chef’s personal touch.
Because our kitchen is small and we don’t have any staff, our dishes are without any frills and fringes.
We believe it is better not to put too many different tastes on a plate, that’s why we serve, homemade honest, basic dishes in which the best of each ingredient is brought forward with a lot of love. All our soups, sauces, marmalades, chutneys, desserts and starters are homemade.
That is what we call gastronomy.

- Civet de gibier maison.

Dessert
- Trio of homemade ice cream.
- 'Cheese and beer' dessert. (various cheeses and a glass of raspberries beer)
- 'Chocolate d'amour'. (with mango-orange ice cream)
- Tiramisu of the house. (prepared with coffee, cream cheese and amaretto)
